No. Your funds stay in your broker account at all times. MACSAP connects via cTrader Open API OAuth2 — we only place trade orders. We never have access to your funds, withdrawals, or deposits.
Currently Pepperstone (recommended) and any other broker that supports cTrader Open API. We recommend Pepperstone's Razor account for lowest spreads on oil CFDs. OANDA support is coming soon.
Yes. Trading financial instruments carries substantial risk of loss. MACSAP is an algorithmic tool — not a guaranteed profit system. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose.
Before every potential trade, MACSAP sends an anonymised snapshot of market data to Claude AI (by Anthropic). Claude returns a confidence score from 0 to 100. Only scores above 70 result in a trade being placed. This adds a layer of reasoning beyond standard technical indicators.
Because fixed pip values are inferior to dynamic exits. MACSAP exits trades based on live market structure — when momentum dies, a key level is breached, or news approaches. This is how professional traders exit, not with arbitrary fixed numbers.
Currently the bot runs while the app is active. A background VPS mode is on our roadmap which will allow 24-hour operation independent of your device. This will be announced before Gold launch.
Yes. Cancel anytime through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees.
Gold (XAUUSD) is estimated for August 2026 and NASDAQ 100 for October 2026. All Pro subscribers will receive early access and be notified by email. You can tap "Notify Me" inside the app for each asset.
