Trading Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: This Trading Disclaimer applies to all users of MACSAP and governs the basis on which Sama Digital Innovation LLC provides its services. By using MACSAP, you unconditionally accept and are bound by this Disclaimer.

1. Not a Financial Adviser or Broker

  1. Sama Digital Innovation LLC is not a licensed financial adviser, investment manager, portfolio manager, or broker-dealer in any jurisdiction.
  2. MACSAP does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or personalised investment guidance of any kind.
  3. Nothing within the MACSAP application, website, documentation, or communications from the Company constitutes financial advice, a solicitation to trade, or an endorsement of any particular trading strategy.
  4. MACSAP's bot engine generates automated trading signals based on algorithmic logic. These signals are tools to assist users — not advice on what trades to execute.

2. No Guarantee of Performance

  1. The Company makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee — express or implied — that MACSAP will generate profits, achieve any specific return, or prevent losses.
  2. All trading involves risk. Past performance of MACSAP's signals, whether in live trading, backtesting, or simulation, is not indicative of future results.
  3. Simulator and Demo Account results are hypothetical. They are produced under ideal conditions that do not reflect real-world execution, slippage, liquidity, or market impact.
  4. Any performance metrics displayed within MACSAP — including win rate, average pips, and projected P&L — are based on historical algorithmic behaviour and carry no forward-looking guarantee.

3. User Responsibility

  1. All trading decisions made through or informed by MACSAP are made entirely at your own risk and on your own initiative.
  2. You are solely responsible for evaluating the appropriateness of any trade signal before executing it, whether manually or via the automated bot.
  3. You are solely responsible for setting appropriate lot sizes, risk parameters, and stop-loss levels that match your personal financial situation and risk tolerance.
  4. You are solely responsible for monitoring your open positions and taking appropriate action if market conditions change materially.
  5. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws, regulations, and broker terms applicable to your trading activity.

4. No Liability for Trading Losses

Sama Digital Innovation LLC, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates accept absolutely no liability for any trading losses, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or any other financial loss — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from your use of MACSAP or any reliance placed on its signals, outputs, or recommendations.

  1. This exclusion of liability applies regardless of whether such losses arise from algorithm errors, data feed failures, connectivity issues, market gaps, force majeure events, or any other cause.
  2. This exclusion applies to both Demo Account and Live Account trading.
  3. Nothing in this Disclaimer limits or excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable UAE law.

5. Simulator Disclaimer

  1. The MACSAP Simulator is provided exclusively for educational and illustrative purposes.
  2. Simulator results are generated using synthetic price models and do not represent actual market conditions, real order execution, or achievable returns.
  3. The Company expressly disclaims any representation that simulator performance reflects what a user would achieve trading with real money.
  4. Users should treat simulator results as a demonstration of algorithmic logic only — not as a projection of financial outcomes.

6. AI Scoring Disclaimer

  1. MACSAP uses an AI confidence scoring system powered by the Anthropic Claude API to evaluate trade signals before execution.
  2. AI confidence scores represent a probabilistic assessment of signal quality based on available data at the time of evaluation. They do not guarantee trade success.
  3. AI models can produce incorrect assessments, particularly in unusual or unprecedented market conditions.
  4. The Company disclaims all liability for any losses arising from reliance on AI-generated scores or recommendations.

7. Third-Party Broker Disclaimer

  1. MACSAP facilitates connectivity to third-party brokers but is not responsible for the execution quality, pricing, or conduct of any broker.
  2. The Company is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a representative of any third-party broker including Pepperstone.
  3. All broker-related disputes, complaints, or issues must be directed to the relevant broker directly.
  4. The security of funds deposited with a broker is entirely the responsibility of that broker and the user — not Sama Digital Innovation LLC.

8. Tax Disclaimer

Trading profits and losses may be subject to taxation in your jurisdiction. Sama Digital Innovation LLC does not provide tax advice. You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling your tax obligations arising from trading activity facilitated by MACSAP. We recommend consulting a qualified tax adviser in your jurisdiction.

9. Regulatory Status

Sama Digital Innovation LLC is a technology company incorporated in the UAE. MACSAP is a software product. Neither the Company nor MACSAP is regulated as a financial services provider by any regulatory authority including the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA), the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), or any equivalent body. Users in regulated jurisdictions should seek advice on whether their use of MACSAP complies with local financial regulations.
