Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and consistent with UAE consumer protection law. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing to MACSAP.

1. Free Trial

  1. All new MACSAP users are entitled to a 7-day free trial upon first registration.
  2. No payment is required during the trial period. Your chosen payment method will not be charged until the trial expires.
  3. The trial provides full access to all premium bot features on the Demo Account.
  4. You may cancel at any time during the trial period with no charge. Cancellation during the trial takes effect immediately.
  5. The free trial is available once per user. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional trials constitutes a violation of our Terms and Conditions.

2. Subscription Billing

  1. Following the free trial, MACSAP subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis — monthly or annually — in advance at the start of each billing cycle.
  2. All billing is processed through RevenueCat and the relevant app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). The Company does not directly process payment card information.
  3. Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged, except in the circumstances set out in Section 4 below.
  4. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method at the applicable subscription rate until you cancel.

3. Cancellation

  1. You may cancel your subscription at any time through:
  2. Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide a refund for the current billing period.
  3. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current paid period.
  4. After cancellation, your account reverts to a free Demo Account with no bot execution on live accounts.

4. Eligible Refund Circumstances

Refunds will be considered in the following circumstances only:

  1. Duplicate charge: You have been charged more than once for the same billing period due to a technical error. Full refund of the duplicate charge will be issued.
  2. Service unavailability: MACSAP experienced a verified technical outage lasting more than 72 consecutive hours within a paid billing period, rendering the core bot engine entirely inaccessible. A pro-rated refund may be issued at the Company's discretion.
  3. Unauthorised charge: A charge was made to your payment method without your authorisation, and you notify us within 14 days of the charge date.
  4. UAE consumer law entitlement: Where applicable UAE consumer protection law provides a statutory right of refund that cannot be excluded by contract.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  1. Change of mind after the subscription charge date
  2. Failure to cancel before the trial period ends
  3. Trading losses or unsatisfactory bot performance
  4. Failure to use the subscription during the billing period
  5. Dissatisfaction with simulator results
  6. Account suspension or termination due to Terms and Conditions violations
  7. Incompatibility with a specific broker not listed as officially supported
  8. Changes to subscription pricing (where adequate notice was provided)

6. How to Request a Refund

  1. Submit your refund request to support@samadigitalinnovation.com with the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Account Email]"
  2. Include the following in your request:
  3. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a decision within 10 business days.
  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. App Store Refunds

If your subscription was purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refund requests may also be submitted directly to Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies. The Company does not control app store refund decisions and cannot guarantee approval of app store refund requests.

8. Currency & Taxes

All refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original charge. The Company is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences. Refunds do not include any taxes or app store fees that were deducted at the time of original billing.

9. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be notified via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of MACSAP after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
