MACSAP never holds, receives, or accesses your funds, is not a broker or financial adviser, and does not provide personalised investment advice.
Yes. Open the app and tap “Start with Demo” on the first screen to explore every feature in demo mode — no sign-up and no broker connection required.
MACSAP Premium is available as Weekly (USD 12.99, with a 3-day free trial), Monthly (USD 49.99), or Annual (USD 299.99). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Payment is charged to your Apple ID and all billing is handled by Apple.
On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, select MACSAP, then cancel or change your plan. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next charge. Apple manages all billing.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. See our Refund Policy for details.
Connection uses your broker's official cTrader OAuth flow. You sign in on the broker's own page — MACSAP never sees or stores your broker password. You can disconnect at any time from within the app.
